GENERAL BILL by Government Operations Appropriations Subcommittee ; Bembry

Public Lodging Establishments; Revises definition of "public lodging establishment" to exclude certain apartment buildings designated primarily as housing for persons at least 62 years of age & certain roominghouses, boardinghouses, & other living or sleeping facilities; authorizes Division of Hotels & Restaurants to require written documentation from apartment building operator that such building is in compliance with certain criteria; authorizes division to adopt certain rules; revises public lodging establishment classifications.
