Infant Death; Revises legislative findings & intent with respect to sudden unexpected death of infant under specified age; revises provisions relating to training requirements for first responders; revises requirements relating to autopsies performed by medical examiners; requires Medical Examiners Commission to provide for development & implementation of protocol for medical & legal investigation of sudden unexpected infant deaths; deletes references to SIDS hotline & local SIDS alliances.
