Gaming; Creates State Gaming Commission & Department of Gaming Control to oversee pari-mutuel wagering, slot machines, & gaming; deletes Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering within Department of Business and Professional Regulation to conform; redesignates ch. 551, F.S., relating to slot machines, as pt. II of that chapter; creates pts. I & III of ch. 551, F.S., relating to State Gaming Commission & destination resorts, respectively; revises provisions in chs. 550 & 849, F.S., relating to pari-mutuel wagering & gambling, respectively, to conform; conforms other provisions of law.
