Charter Schools; Prohibits charter school or charter school operator from requiring, soliciting, or accepting certain student information before student's enrollment or attendance; requires charter school or charter school operator to submit to school district attendance plan for students enrolled in school, provide funding to school district in event of student transfers, & report to school district certain student enrollment & wait-list information.
