Substance Abuse Treatment Services; Designates act "The Jennifer Act"; revises filing fee for involuntary admissions proceedings for substance abuse treatment; provides for distribution of proceeds from fee; increases period allowed for assessment of person following involuntary custody or admission to hospital or other facility; specifies requirements for initial processing of inmates by DOC for substance abuse needs; provides that, to fullest extent practicable, inmates be given choice between faith-based & nonfaith-based substance abuse programs.
