Education ; Revising the requirements of State Board of Education rule for uniform core curricula for state-approved teacher preparation programs; authorizing a qualified private provider to seek approval to offer a competency-based certification program; requiring the board to adopt rules that allow an individual who meets specified criteria to be eligible for a temporary certificate in education leadership; renaming the Florida Teachers Lead Program as the Florida Teachers Classroom Supply Assistance Program, etc.
