False Reports to Law Enforcement Officers; Provides that it is 3rd degree felony to knowingly give false information to law enforcement officer concerning alleged commission of crime if defendant has previously been convicted of this offense & information, if communicated orally, is corroborated in a specified manner, or was communicated in writing.
