SB 1510: Abortion

GENERAL BILL by Evers

Abortion; Creating the “Florida for Life Act”; prohibiting inducing an abortion or performing, attempting to perform, or assisting in an induced abortion; providing criminal penalties; prohibiting termination of a pregnancy unless specified conditions are met; requiring the Office of Adoption and Child Protection to create and manage a statewide list of attorneys providing volunteer adoption services for women and minors with unwanted pregnancies who would have selected abortion, if lawful, rather than adoption; providing restrictions on use of state and federal funds for state exchanges that provide coverage for induced abortions and terminations of pregnancies under certain conditions, etc.
