GENERAL BILL by Appropriations

Appropriations; Providing moneys for the annual period beginning July 1, 2014, and ending June 30, 2015, to pay salaries, and other expenses, capital outlay - buildings, and other improvements, and for other specified purposes of the various agencies of state government, etc. APPROPRIATION: $74,875,331,971

Effective Date: Except as otherwise provided herein, this act shall take effect July 1, 2014, or upon becoming law, whichever occurs later; however, if this act becomes law after July 1, 2014, then it shall operate retroactively to July 1, 2014
