GENERAL BILL by Gibson

Legislative Ratification; Requiring the Department of Environmental Protection to submit for legislative ratification a state implementation plan relating to standards of performance for existing sources of air pollutants; providing directives to the Department of Environmental Protection with respect to submitting the state implementation plan to the United States Environmental Protection Agency; providing that, if the plan is not ratified within a specified period, that rules implementing the plan are subject to ratification before the respective provisions of the plan take effect, etc.
