Entertainment Industry; Renames Office of Film & Entertainment as Division of Film & Entertainment; requires division to serve a liaison for film industry; requires Governor to appoint commissioner; revises requirements for strategic plan; repeals provisions concerning Florida Film and Entertainment Advisory Council; revises procedures regarding applications for tax credits; establishes DEO duties; prohibits approved production company from receiving benefits under specified provisions for same production while protecting other specified benefits; requires DEO to develop standardized application form; requires certain production companies to submit aggregate data on specified topics; authorizes qualified production company to renew its certificate of exemption for specified period.
