Public Food Service Establishment Inspections; Requiring a report for public food service establishment inspections; specifying a grading scale used in the inspection report; requiring a public food service establishment to immediately post a letter grade card, maintain a copy of the most recent inspection report, and make such report available to the public upon request; authorizing a health inspector to immediately close a public food service establishment under certain circumstances, etc.
