GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Bean

Terrorism and Terrorist Activities; Extending the applicability of the definition of the term “terrorism” to other sections of ch. 775, F.S.; prohibiting a person from using, attempting to use, or conspiring to use military-type training received from a designated foreign terrorist organization for certain purposes; prohibiting a person from providing material support or resources, or engaging in other specified actions, to violate specified criminal provisions, etc.
