Rec./Personal Identifying Information in Pleadings and Documents Filed with Court for Involuntary Assessment Under Part V, Chapter 397; Provides exemption from public records requirements for pleadings & other documents filed in, & personal identifying information on docket of, court proceedings relating to involuntary admissions pursuant to part V of chapter 397; permits clerk of court to allow certain persons access to such records; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity.
