Postsecondary Distance Education; Authorizes this state to participate in State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) for delivery of postsecondary distance education; establishes Postsecondary Reciprocal Distance Education Coordinating Council within DOE; requires SBE to adopt rules; revises provisions relating to jurisdiction of Commission on Independent Education; provides requirements relating to administration of Institutional Assessment Trust Fund; provides appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $225,534.00
