Department of Health; Requiring the Department of Health to adopt rules to implement a federal program to further encourage qualified physicians to relocate to and practice in underserved areas; revising health care practitioner licensure eligibility requirements for certain members of the armed forces and their spouses; requiring certain pharmacies and outsourcing facilities located in this state to obtain a permit in order to create, ship, mail, deliver, or dispense compounded sterile products; revising qualifications for licensure as a massage therapist, etc.
