College and Career Educational Pathways; Establishes Task Force on Apprenticeship Expansion adjunct to DEO; specifies duties of task force; provides for composition & meetings of task force; requires DEO & DOE to provide specified assistance to task force; requires task force to submit report to Governor & Legislature; provides for termination of task force; authorizes certain persons to take nursing licensure examination or nursing assistant competency examination before DOH or Board of Nursing receives certain documentation for licensure or certification; requires such persons to complete specified requirements before they are entitled to licensure as RN or LPN or certification as CNA; requires percentage of students engaged in apprenticeship or preapprenticeship program to be used in determining school's grade; provides specified value to be used in calculation of full-time equivalent student membership for students who fulfill certain requirements.
