CS/CS/CS/HB 203: Growth Management

GENERAL BILL by State Affairs Committee ; Commerce Committee ; Local, Federal and Veterans Affairs Subcommittee ; McClain ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Clemons ; Eagle ; Hill ; Sabatini

Growth Management; Removes provision that prohibits specified attorney fees & costs from applying to certain local ordinances; provides requirements for certain comprehensive plan & adopted land development regulations; requires DEO to give preference to certain entities when selecting applications for funding for technical assistance; requires comprehensive plan to include property rights element & specifies date for adoption; provides that certain property owners are not required to consent to development agreement changes; prohibits municipality from annexing specified areas; provides conditions under which municipality may provide water & sewer services within unincorporated area of county; allows certain developments of regional impact agreements to be amended.
