Sentencing; Revising the required sentencing structure for prison releasee reoffenders upon proof from a state attorney which establishes that a defendant is a prison releasee reoffender; deleting a provision that prohibits a prison releasee reoffender from eligibility for any form of early release and that requires a prison releasee reoffender to serve 100 percent of the court-imposed sentence; defining a term for the purpose of establishing applicability of a specified provision; applying the revised sentencing structure to certain persons under specified circumstances, etc.
