Indian River Lagoon Protection Program; Revises percentages of funds to be distributed from Land Acquisition Trust Fund to various trust funds; requires specified amount of funds to be used for Indian River Lagoon Protection Program; provides criteria for disbursement of such funds; requires DEP, using data provided by identified entities, to identify commercial or residential properties that use onsite sewage treatment & disposal systems located within Indian River Lagoon Protection Program; requires DEP to conduct various analyses to determine projects most worthy of state funding; requires DEP to provide annual report that includes prioritized list of onsite sewage treatment & disposal systems eligible for state funding to Legislature & certain chairs within specified timeframe.
