Land Development; Revising the scope of power and responsibility of municipalities and counties under the Community Planning Act; revising exceptions from provisions governing credits against local impact fees; revising procedures regarding local government review of changes to previously approved developments of regional impact; authorizing changes to multimodal pathways, or the substitution of such pathways, in previously approved developments of regional impact if certain conditions are met, etc.
