Pharmacy; Authorizing registered pharmacy technicians to dispense medicinal drugs under certain circumstances; defining the terms “supervising pharmacy” and “telepharmacy”; providing requirements for remote-site pharmacies; exempting registered pharmacists serving as prescription department managers for remote-site pharmacies from certain practice limitations, etc.
