Task Force on Public Safety in Urban and Inner-City Communities; Citing this act as the “Public Safety in Urban and Inner-City Communities Act”; creating the Task Force on Public Safety in Urban and Inner-City Communities; requiring the executive director of the Department of Law Enforcement to issue subpoenas; authorizing the task force to seek assistance from state agencies and to access certain exempt or confidential and exempt information or records, etc. APPROPRIATION: $600,000
