GENERAL BILL by Full Appropriations Council on Education and Economic Development ; PreK-12 Appropriations Committee ; Flores

Prekindergarten through Grade 12 Education Funding [WPSC]; Deletes requirement that district school board imposing school capital outlay surtax implement freeze on noncapital local school property taxes; deletes provisions relating to transfer of certain funds for class size reduction; extends duration of provision specifying methods to calculate salary of district school board member; revises provisions relating to appropriation of funds for regional consortium service organizations, etc. APPROPRIATION: $21,244,177.
