Florida Drug, Device, & Cosmetic Trust Fund/DBPR; Creates the Florida Drug, Device, and Cosmetic Trust Fund within the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Provides for the purpose of the trust fund and sources of funds. Provides for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund.
