GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Regulated Industries ; Lee ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Evers

Residential Communities; Providing that a community association manager and a community association management firm are liable for monetary damages to the same extent as an officer or director under certain circumstances; allowing for reasonable charges to be imposed for collection of a delinquent assessment; deleting a provision providing for the expiration of certain liens, etc.
