Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program; Removes condition under which student may use Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program award for summer term enrollment; requires Legislature to appropriate additional funds necessary for use of award for summer term enrollment as provided in GAA; revises initial eligibility criteria relating to test scores & corresponding percentile ranks for certain awards under program; specifies amounts of certain awards eligible to cover tuition & other college-related expenses.
