GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Galvano

Gaming; Authorizing the Department of the Lottery to create a program that authorizes certain persons to purchase a ticket at a point-of-sale terminal; ratifying and approving a specified compact executed by the Governor and the Seminole Tribe of Florida contingent upon the adoption of specified amendments to the compact; specifying the amendments that must be made to the compact by agreement between the Governor and the Tribe for the compact to be deemed ratified and approved; repealing provisions relating to a requirement that certain jai alai permitholders pay to the state the same aggregate amount of certain fees and taxes as the permitholders paid during a specified year in which they conducted at least 100 live performances, etc.
