The bill provides three annual payments of $211,111.11, totaling $633,333.33, in relief to David Abbott, the guardian of Carl Abbott. Carl Abbott sustained injuries and damages as a result of the negligence of an employee of the Palm Beach County School District involving a school bus accident. Carl Abbott passed away in June 2014.
If approved by the Governor, or allowed to become law without the Governor's signature, these provisions take effect upon becoming law.
