This bill provides $700,000 for the relief of Mark T. Sawicki and Sharon L. Sawicki, to compensate them for injuries sustained by Mark T. Sawicki as the result of the negligence of an employee of the City of Tallahassee involving a motor vehicle accident.
If approved by the Governor, or allowed to become law without the Governor's signature, these provisions take effect upon becoming law.
