This bill provides $2,000,000 to be paid by the North Broward Hospital District to Michael and Patricia Rardin. The claim for compensation relates to injuries sustained as a result of the medical negligence of North Broward Hospital District in the care and treatment of Michael Rardin.
If approved by the Governor, or allowed to become law without the Governor's signature, these provisions take effect upon becoming law.
