This bill provides $800,000 for the relief of L.T. She suffered injuries and damages after the Department of Children and Families allowed her to be placed in a home with a registered sex offender.
If approved by the Governor, or allowed to become law without the Governor's signature, these provisions take effect upon becoming law.
