| Project Description: |
| Broward County, in partnership with the Department of Children and Families, currently operates a 35 bed detoxification facility serving medically indigent adults of Broward County. This request would increase bed capability for receiving and maintaining Marchman Act referrals in a secure facility. The facility would be the only Marchman Act receiving facility in Broward County accepting the medically indigent adult. |
