Project Description:
This project will provide for an extension of a water main from an existing small package plant to a regional water production facility operated by St. Lucie County. The existing package plant needs $200,000 in upgrades. The system is supported by only eighty-eight customers and financial feasibility for customers to support necessary upgrades is poor.
