Project Description:
PD&E, for widening Palm Coast Parkway from Boulder Rock Drive to Florida Park Drive. This includes planning for the addition of two lanes over the State controlled 1-95 overpass on an existing bridge and the addition of pedestrian and bike facilities as well as intersection improvements on Boulder Rock Drive, Old Kings Road. The Roadway, which is state owned and the intersections are currently operating at an LOS F which is a failing condition.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Improved functioning of the roadway near the I-95 interchange including the related intersections. The City anticipates that the improvements will achieve and LOS D for the roadway and intersections providing a level consistent with the City's adopted comprehensive plan.
