| Project Description: |
| PD&E, for widening Palm Coast Parkway from Boulder Rock Drive to Florida Park Drive. This includes planning for the addition of two lanes over the State controlled 1-95 overpass on an existing bridge and the addition of pedestrian and bike facilities as well as intersection improvements on Boulder Rock Drive, Old Kings Road. The Roadway, which is state owned and the intersections are currently operating at an LOS F which is a failing condition. |
