Project Description:
To complete the construction for infrastructure/neighborhood improvement services which include wastewater, water, stormwater, drainage, roadway with curb & gutter, etc. for NW 143rd street, NW 22 court, NW 22nd place and NW 23rd court in assessment area #12.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
With completion of this infrastructure/neighborhood imporvement project, there will not be any standing stormwater. No standing stormwater means no breeding of mosquitoes, no exposure to standing stormwater, which may possibly be contaminated with sewer water, thereby less pollutant loadings to surface water and ground water. The completion of this project will improve the water quality and will enhance the local vegetation and tree planting and maintenance and promote healthy conditions and protect the environment. Therefore, this project will protect public health and offer healthy and hygienic atmosphere for the public.
