| Project Description: |
| Youth Crime Watch of Florida will provide training, technical assistance, materials, a website and network, communications, and facilitation for local partnership buidling and resource development for youth in communities and schools across Florida in order to reduce a)the incidence of gangs, drug involvement, and bullying b)expand the capacity of youth to help their communities prevent terrorists incidents and play effective roles in responding to these and other community emergencies consistent with state and local plans. This will be done through the Youth Crime Watch program and its education, skill building and other customized components including youth mentoring as well as the building of linages to first responders and leaders in other community organizations. |
