| The Children's Harbor residential treatment facility will be designed and constructed as an intimate cluster of single family homes providing children with a stable, safe, and secure living environment promoting a nurturing and fulfilling lifestyle. In addition to the actual homes of the children, a Director's home will also be constructed. |
