The Legislature has established New College of FL as the State's public honors college. New College offers an undergraduate, residential liberal arts education of the highest quality with a distinctive academic program. It is consistently rated as one of the top institutions of higher education in America. Among its many recognitions, the College was ranked as the nations's #1 value in public higher education according to The Princeton Review's 2005 Guide to the Best 351 Colleges in America and was ranked by The Wall Street Journal (10-26-03 article) second among all U.S. public institutions in placing its graduates in the top five business, medical, and law schools in the country. New College helps keep the best Florida students in their home state and attracts the best out-of-state studens to FL where many choose to stay after graduation. This project will help preserve and enhance current College faciltiies and campus infrastructure serving its students.

Project Description:
This project will continue efforts to address critical deferred maintenance, utilities infrastructure (water, sewer, electric, heating and cooling), building envelope, roadways, parking and general renovation and repair in support of existing buildings and grounds.
