Project Description:
Hurricane Ivan Repairs to IHMC Building located at 40 S. Alcaniz Street consisting of a 26,000 square foot office building housing approximately 100 research scientists and staff

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
The anticipated income is the restoration of the building to its pre-hurricane use as commercial space housing approximately 100 research scientists and staff. Currently, the first floor of the building, approximately 14,000 square feet, is not habitable due to flooding. Exterior of building including fencing, gates, and electrical system also sustained significant damage due to salt water exposure and wind.
