| Project Description: |
| SFAN provides a vast array of health, counseling, education and other related services to people living with HIV/AIDS in an effort to provide patients with the necessary tools to manage and control their disease. SFAN operates annually at a deficit, coupled with the fact that federal funding is decreasing, while newly diagnosed individuals continue to crowd our doors. |
