Project Description:
CTOP is designed to provide services to individuals with serious mental illness with the goal of preventing homelessness and diverting clients from entering the criminal justice system. CTOP will additionally provide vocational rehabilitation and community maintenance supports.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
The success of CTOP will be evidenced by reduction in the use of psychiatric and State hospital beds, risk of homelessness, days of incarceration, use of alcohol and illegal drugs within the target population, as well as an increase in days employed in the community.
