| This project will provide retention area to alleviate flooding of exotic vegetation within a flood plain area on S. Sewall's Point Road. This project provides two stormwater retention areas along South Sewall's Point Road, and will retain the drainage for two subdivisions, Mandalay and Marguerita, prior to discharge into the Indidan River Lagoon. The projects lie along the Indian River Lagoon's western boundary. The Subdivision area to discharge into the retention areas is approximately 14.5 acres. The area of Sewall's Point Road is a major evacuation route for the High Point Subdivision area of Sewell's Point. |
