Study, Plan, and Design a central and regional wastewater treatment facility. Study and explore the existing systems (City/County) or construction of new regional facility

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Removing failing septic and reducing groundwater withdreawal in the SWUCA. Enable Economic Development and Job Creation opportunities: Mitigating furture health risks from septic tanks during flood periods. Increase feasibility of developing residential property for new housing stock that meets hurricane code; capcity for future.

Describe how it will reduce loadings, identify anticipated load reductions for total suspended solids, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and other contaminants, and specify the practices that will be used to reduce loadings:
A new regional WWTP can reduce loading on exsisting sprayfields. Package plants using Peace River as a disposal mechanism will have new options. It would drastically reduce or eliminate listed pollutants.
