| Financial literacy of young people is critical to the future financial health of Florida. Priorities set by the Florida Cooperative, based on listening sessions in every county, identified financial literacy in both youth and adults as a major topic within family, youth, and community to be addressed in the coming four years. |

| Project Description: |
| The goal of 4-H Money Wise is to educate at least 30,000 youth annually on money management and improved life-long financial literacy. Funding of this proposal will allow Florida 4-H to revise and improve the quality of existing material from its present form for use in after-school programs and in money camps (both day camps and residential). Twenty four day and residental camps, along with After-School programs will be conducted throughout the state. Individual evaluations will be conducted to assess learning and behavior impact by young people. |
