| Project Description: |
| This project involves the reconstruction of Indian River Drive, destroyed by Huricanes Frances, Ivan, and Jeanne. The reconstruction of the embankment and road are being accomplished at a cost of $30 million. St. Lucie County lacks adequate funding to revegetate the embankment. This leaves the embankment highly vulverable to erosion by the Indian River Lagoon. |
