Describe how it will reduce loadings, identify anticipated load reductions for total suspended solids, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and other contaminants, and specify the practices that will be used to reduce loadings:
The use of vortex separating devices will remove 80-90% of total suspended solids and trap oils and debris. Other practices to reduce pollutant loading will be through system maintenance. street sweeping and public outreach via the NPDES program.
