| Greynolds Park is one of the earliest parks constructed in Miami-Dade County. The Boathouse was built by the Civilan Conservation Corps in 1940 on the edge of a lagoon which gives access to the Oleta River. The Boathouse is a two-story house containing a concession stand, an exhibit display area, a large open-air pavilion, a terrace and decks. Greynolds Park serves 350,000 people annually. |
