Describe how it will reduce loadings, identify anticipated load reductions for total suspended solids, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and other contaminants, and specify the practices that will be used to reduce loadings: |
There are four existing drainage retention areas located within the City's portion of this project. Two are undersized, and not providing current water quality treatment as required by SJRWMD and two are "off line" drainage retention areas not providing any treatment for the "first flush". This project will provide, at a minimum, water quality treatment volume for all four drainage retention areas, thus providing loading reductions meeting or exceeding the requirements of the SJRWMD prior to discharge into Outstanding Florida Waters. |
