| This project will provide weatherization and other energy reduction savings measures for homes of very low and low-income households in the Parramore neighborhood of Orlando. The neighborhood consists of 325 owner- occupied homes, of which elderly or disabled persons occupy the majority, and that are desperate need of repairs for their homes. A special task force has completed a study of the needs of the housing stock and has concluded that rehabilitation and weatherization is needed. |
